Sometimes certain issues and problems are very time consuming and cannot be completed on site. If this is the case your NetPro IT professional will provide you with a quote and a time estimate in order for the job to be completed. Whilst your computer is away we will continually update you on the progress of job and kindly deliver it back to you once complete.
